Welcome you (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "you") to sign the CCTV5 Program List User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") with the following referred to as "CCTV5 Program List".

The headings of each clause are only for the purpose of helping you understand the main purpose of the clause, and do not affect or limit the meaning or interpretation of the clauses of this Agreement. 1、 Acceptance and change of this agreement
When you fill in the registration information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and check this agreement, and complete all the registration processes, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this agreement. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and CCTV5 program list. In the process of reading this agreement, if you disagree with this agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop the registration process.
If you are an unregistered user, or have become a registered user of the CCTV5 program list before this agreement takes effect, you agree that your access and/or use of the CCTV5 program list will be deemed as your acceptance of the entire content of this agreement. Otherwise, please stop accessing or using the CCTV5 program list.
2、 User's code of conduct
1. Code of Business Conduct
If you implement information release, content promotion and other business activities and marketing content on the CCTV5 program platform with the consent of CCTV5 program list, you must do so on the basis of relevant national laws and regulations as well as this agreement on promotion and other business practices. Your business behavior and marketing content must compete reasonably based on the principles of equality and fairness, promote reasonably based on the principle of truth and accuracy, and select reasonable promotion methods and marketing content based on the principle of protecting user experience.
If you engage in malicious competition, or take false business practices, publish false and exaggerated marketing content, or publish frequent and low-quality marketing information, or you publish advertising content expressly prohibited by relevant national laws and regulations, or conduct commercial acts in violation of regulations, CCTV5 program has the right to take measures, including limiting the scope and target of the dissemination of relevant content, Restrict or prohibit you from using all or part of CCTV5 program list services, ban or cancel your account, save relevant information according to laws and regulations, and report to relevant departments.
The legal disputes arising from your commercial behavior with others in the CCTV5 program list platform shall be handled by both parties, and CCTV5 program list will not bear any responsibility.
2. Prohibited sexual behavior
You understand and warrant that you shall not carry out the following prohibited behaviors when using CCTV5 program list platform and services, and shall not allow anyone to use your account to carry out the following behaviors:
1) When registering an account or using the CCTV5 program list service (including but not limited to uploading, publishing, disseminating information, etc.), you pretend to be another person or institution, or falsely claim to be connected with any person or entity (including but not limited to setting a false account name or accessing another user's account), or you maliciously use the registered account to cause other users to mistake it;
2) Forge the title or manipulate the content in other ways, so that others mistakenly believe that the content is published or transmitted by CCTV5 program list;
3) Uploading, publishing, sending e-mail or other means of transmission or disclosure of the content that has no right to transmit (such as internal data, confidential information, content that infringes anyone's patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other exclusive rights, etc.);
4) Upload, post, send email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized "junk email", advertising or promotional materials, promotional materials, or any other business communication;
5) Use CCTV5 program list service for any commercial purpose without the written permission of CCTV5 program list;
6) Harassing other users of CCTV5 program list online or offline in any way;

8) Organize gambling, provide gambling opportunities or induce others to participate in gambling activities by any means;
9) Without consent, use or utilize the intellectual property rights (including the trademarks, brands, logos, any other proprietary data or the layout or design of any web pages of the CCTV5 Program List) owned by the CCTV5 Program List, or otherwise infringe any intellectual property rights owned by the CCTV5 Program List (including attempting to reverse engineer the client of the CCTV5 Program List or the software used);
10) By using any automated program, software, engine, web crawler, web page analysis tool, data mining tool or similar tool, access to CCTV5 program service, collect or process the content provided through CCTV5 program service;
11) Participate in or use any "framework", "image" or other technology to imitate the appearance and function of CCTV5 program list service;
12) Intervene or attempt to interfere with the access of any user or any other party to the CCTV5 program list service;
13) Deliberately spread viruses, network worms, trojans, damaged files or other malicious codes that interfere with, damage or limit the functions of computer software, hardware or communication equipment and may damage the CCTV5 program list service, servers and networks connected to the CCTV5 program list service;
14) Sharing or publishing the personally identifiable data of such persons without the express consent of others;
15) Explore or test whether the CCTV5 program table platform, system or other users' systems can intrude attacks, or evade (or attempt to evade) any security function of the CCTV5 program table platform, system or other users' systems in other ways;
16) Decompile, reverse compile or reverse engineer the software used for CCTV5 program list service, or attempt to do the above;
17) Open multiple accounts for the purpose of destruction or abuse, or maliciously upload duplicate and invalid large capacity data and information;
18) Commit any act that undermines the fairness of CCTV5 program list service or affects the normal order of applications, such as active or passive score swiping, partner cheating, using plug-in or other cheating software, using BUG (also called "vulnerability" or "defect") to obtain illegitimate illegal interests, or using the Internet or other means to download plug-in or cheating software BUG is made public;
19) Without the written permission of CCTV5 program list, conduct any commercial act such as advertising, selling goods, or conduct any illegal act that infringes on the interests of CCTV5 program list;

All your promotional contributions with "CCTV5 Program List" and "CCTV5 Program List" must be approved in writing by the corresponding cooperation department of CCTV5 Program List, otherwise you shall compensate for all losses caused to CCTV5 Program List;
21) Infringe the legitimate rights and interests of others by using CCTV5 program list, steal and embezzle others' accounts and virtual assets through network vulnerabilities, malware or other illegal means;
22) It is suspected of violating the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems, the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Information Network Dissemination, the Regulations on the Administration of Internet Live Broadcasting Services and other laws related to computers and the Internet Act of regulations or normative documents. In any case, once it is reasonably believed that your behavior may violate the above laws, regulations or normative documents, CCTV5 Program List has the right to terminate providing services to you at any time without prior notice.
23) Other acts suspected of violating any other relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations and other normative documents with legal effect
For the above prohibited acts, CCTV5 program list has the right to deal with them in accordance with the provisions of "VIII. Default and handling of users" and "XI. Termination of agreement" in this agreement.
3、 Information content specification
You understand and know that when using the CCTV5 program list service, you are exposed to a wide range of content and information sources, and CCTV5 program list cannot be responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, availability, security, integrity and legitimacy of all content and information.
CCTV5 program list does not recommend or express opinions on any content and information uploaded, published or transmitted by users on CCTV5 program list platform, nor does it bear any responsibility for errors, flaws and losses or damages of any content and information. Users shall bear relevant risks for any use of content and information.
You understand and guarantee that the content you create, upload, publish or transmit in CCTV5 program list (including your account name, chat room speech, community comments, pop-up screen and other information) does not contain the following content:
1) Opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
2) Endangering national unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity and subverting state power;
3) Divulging state secrets, endangering national security or harming national honor and interests;
4) Inciting national hatred, national discrimination, undermining national unity, or infringing upon national customs and habits;
5) Those who undermine the state's religious policy and promote heresy and superstition;
6) Disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
7) Inducing minors to commit crimes and exaggerating and spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorist activities or abetting crimes;
8) Insult or slander others, or infringe upon citizens' personal privacy and other legitimate rights and interests of others;
9) Spreading rumors, endangering social morality and damaging the excellent national cultural tradition;
10) Other contents prohibited by other relevant laws, administrative regulations and national provisions.
If the content you upload, publish or transmit contains the above information or content that violates laws and regulations, or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, you will directly bear all the adverse consequences caused by the above. If any adverse consequences are caused to the CCTV5 program list, you should be responsible for eliminating the impact and compensating for all losses caused by the CCTV5 program list, including but not limited to property damage compensation, reputation damage compensation, attorney fees, transportation fees and other reasonable expenses incurred for rights protection.
4、 Disclaimer
CCTV5 program schedule shall assume corresponding obligations in accordance with laws and regulations, but cannot be liable for the damage caused to you due to power failure, strike, riot, fire, flood, storm, explosion, war, government action, orders of judicial administrative organs or other unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable force majeure factors.
Although the CCTV5 program table platform has been tested internally before its release, due to the limitations of the technology itself, the CCTV5 program table cannot be guaranteed to be fully compatible with other software, hardware and systems. In case of incompatibility, you can report the situation to CCTV5 program list for technical support. If the problem cannot be solved, you can choose to uninstall or stop using the CCTV5 program list service.
The use of CCTV5 program list service may be affected by unstable factors in various links because it involves network communication services. Due to force majeure, hacker attacks, computer viruses, information network equipment maintenance, unstable communication system, network interruption, user shutdown and other reasons, CCTV5 program list service may be interrupted or can not meet user requirements. CCTV5 program list does not guarantee the user's use requirements in any network communication environment.

You understand and agree that this agreement is to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good customs, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others. CCTV5 program list will try its best to judge in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within its ability, but it does not guarantee that the judgment of CCTV5 program list is completely consistent with the judgment of judicial and administrative authorities, You have understood and agreed to bear the consequences arising therefrom.
You understand and agree that the CCTV5 program list platform and related services do not provide any kind of express or implied warranty or conditions, including but not limited to commercial marketability, specific purpose applicability, etc. Your use of CCTV5 program list platform and related services shall be at your own risk.
5、 Applicable law, jurisdiction and others
The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, amendment, supplement, termination, execution and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China; If there are no relevant provisions in laws, refer to business practices and/or industry practices.
